Any estimate, financial quote, or digital design proposal issued through the web or associated electronic means represents a preliminary calculation based on data provided by the user. It will not constitute a binding manufacturing contract or final pricing until our technical team conducts a physical site inspection and precision measurement, final shop drawings are defined and approved, both parties sign a formal Manufacturing and Installation Contract, and the required initial deposit is processed.

All content integrated into this web platform, including texts, technical schematics, photographs of residential and industrial projects, minimalist designs for pergolas and railings, logos, and architectural finishes, is the exclusive intellectual property of JL Railing and Fence and is protected by copyright laws. The reproduction, copying, distribution, or imitation of our architectural designs for commercial purposes without written consent signed by our management is strictly prohibited.

For the execution of any professional installation project, the client assumes the unavoidable responsibility of guaranteeing free, safe, and continuous access to the property for the installation team. Furthermore, the client must clearly identify and legally mark the property lines and ensure that the work area is clear of obstacles or defective pre-existing structural conditions. JL Railing and Fence will not assume any liability for neighborhood disputes or boundary encroachments arising from incorrect demarcations provided by the client.

Because we operate with high-end custom manufacturing processes, any modification in dimensions, material type, color, or design requested by the client after the signing of the original contract will require the issuance of a written Change Order. Said order will detail the additional costs for materials and labor, and will automatically extend the originally estimated delivery times.

Unless the formal contract stipulates otherwise, the standard financial structure requires an initial deposit to begin the procurement of premium-grade materials and workshop scheduling. All installed structures, fences, railings, and hardware will remain the exclusive legal property of JL Railing and Fence until the client has paid the contract balance in full. We reserve the legal right to remove or suspend the use of the installed structures in the event of payment default, in accordance with the applicable Mechanic’s Lien laws in the State of Florida.

JL Railing and Fence guarantees that all materials used are selected for their high mechanical strength and protection against rust and corrosion. We offer a limited warranty on manufacturing and installation defects, detailed in the final contract. However, this warranty expressly excludes direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure events and extreme weather phenomena in South Florida, such as hurricanes, tropical storms, or flooding, as well as modifications made by unauthorized third parties or a lack of basic maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JL Railing and Fence, its directors, employees, and installers shall not be liable to the client for consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, loss of profit, or operational losses arising from or related to the use of the website, unforeseen delays in metal supply chains, or the installation of the products.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any derived contractual relationship, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute, litigation, or legal claim arising in connection with our services or this website shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the county where the company’s main operational headquarters is registered.
